Qualifications

• Expertise in Benefits and payroll with cross-system knowledge.
• Proficient in Oracle HCM functional and technical data flows.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and AI concepts relevant to finance HR.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence executives.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and guiding teams.
• Skilled with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex projects with high risk and business impact for Benefits and Payroll.
• Configure Oracle HCM systems to align with needs.
• Serve as primary technical resource for Benefits and Payroll.
• Promote cloud methodologies and market trends.
• Review project deliverables for cloud capabilities and solutions.
• Align roadmaps with Oracle release cycles.
• Manage SDLC from requirements to deployment.
• Advise internal customers as a trusted technical advisor.
• Design and document technical solutions to requirements.
• Develop and improve practices, procedures and instructions.
• Foster relationships with team members and leaders; work with senior management.
• Lead medium to large projects and initiatives.
• Mentor lower-level staff.
