Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst / Administrator to support and enhance its Oracle Cloud EPM platform, with primary emphasis on Planning/EPBCS and related tools such as FCCS, ARCS, EDM, and Smart View. The role combines hands-on administration, development, and finance-process knowledge to drive budgeting, forecasting, and close processes.

The candidate will partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax and IT to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or closely related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM applications with emphasis on Planning/EPBCS.
• Assist planning/forecast cycles, troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy across source/target systems.
• Document requirements, create functional/technical docs, and implement automation to improve efficiency.
• Provide production support and participate in change management and best practices.
