Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst/Administrator to administer and enhance its Oracle Cloud EPM platform, focusing on Planning/EPBCS while supporting FCCS, ARCS, EDM, and Smart View.

The role combines hands-on EPM administration, technical development, finance process knowledge, and business analysis to drive process improvements and ensure reliable production support.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with EPM products, preferably Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), FCCS or ARCS.
• 5 years of experience in designing, building or implementing technical solutions OR accounting, finance, business analyst experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM applications preferred and direct experience with Planning/EPBCS is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM applications with a primary emphasis on Planning/EPBCS.
• Assist with planning and forecast cycles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy across source and target systems.
• Gather business requirements, prepare documentation, and develop automation to improve efficiency.
• Deliver large-scale enterprise transformation programs by analyzing data and developing design and process documentation.
• Support requirements testing and ensure compliance with standards throughout the project lifecycle.
