Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst/Administrator to support, administer, and enhance its Oracle Cloud EPM platform with a primary focus on Planning/EPBCS. The role also covers FCCS, ARCS, EDM, Smart View, and reporting capabilities.

A strong finance background and ability to translate business needs into scalable EPM solutions are essential. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and IT teams, provisioning security, metadata, data maps, and scheduled jobs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or closely related discipline
• Significant experience with Oracle Cloud EPM applications required
• Direct experience with Oracle Cloud Planning / EPBCS is required and should include administration, forms, dashboards, data maps, and reporting

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM applications with emphasis on Planning / EPBCS
• Support planning or forecasting cycles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy across source and target systems
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional/technical docs, and develop automation solutions
• Deliver large-scale enterprise transformation programs by analyzing data and presenting recommendations
• Assist in testing, ensure compliance with standards, and provide mentoring to users and team members
• Manage production support and data load processes, security, and integrations
