Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst/Administrator to support, administer, and enhance its Oracle Cloud EPM platform, focusing on Planning/EPBCS and related applications. This role requires hands-on development, finance process knowledge, and strong collaboration with Finance, IT, and Tax teams.

You will manage configurations, security, data maps, and integrations, while monitoring production jobs and ensuring data accuracy across source and target systems.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with EPM products, preferably Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), FCC or ARCS.
• 5 years of experience in designing, building or implementing technical solutions OR accounting, finance, business analyst experience.
• 7+ years of Oracle EPM development, administration, or production support (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM applications with emphasis on Planning/EPBCS.
• Support planning or forecasting cycles, troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy across source and target systems.
• Gather requirements, document functional/technical specs, and develop automation to improve efficiency.
• Provide production support and manage data loads, forms, and integrations.
