Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst/Administrator to support and enhance its Oracle Cloud EPM platform, with primary focus on Planning/EPBCS and related EPM applications. The role combines hands-on administration, development, and business analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and close processes.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with EPM products, preferably Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), FCC or ARCS.
• 5 years of experience in designing, building or implementing technical solutions OR accounting, finance, business analyst experience.
• Health care or health insurance industry experience (preferred).
• 7+ years of Oracle EPM development, administration, or production support (preferred).
• Direct experience with Oracle Cloud Planning / EPBCS including administration, forms, dashboards, rules, data maps, security, and reporting (required).

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM Planning/EPBCS; handle configurations, metadata, security, business rules, and integrations.
• Document requirements, develop automation, and deliver scalable Oracle EPM solutions across Finance and IT teams.
• Support production jobs and monitor integrations to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Assist large-scale enterprise transformation programs with design, SOPs, and user guides.
