Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst/Administrator to support and enhance its Oracle Cloud EPM environment, focusing on Planning/EPBCS while also supporting FCCS, ARCS, EDM, and related capabilities. The role requires hands-on admin, development, and strong business-analytic skills to translate requirements into scalable EPM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years with EPM products, 5+ years in technical/finance roles, and deep experience with Oracle Cloud EPM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, accounting, or finance.
• Significant experience with Oracle Cloud EPM applications and EPBCS planning.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, security, and metadata management.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM applications with emphasis on Planning / EPBCS.
• Configure dimensions, metadata, security, business rules, and data mappings.
• Support planning/funding cycles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy across source/target systems.
• Document requirements, create functional/technical specs, and develop automation to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable EPM solutions.
