Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst/Administrator to support and enhance its Oracle Cloud EPM environment, focusing on Planning/EPBCS while also supporting FCCS, ARCS, EDM, and related capabilities. The role requires hands-on admin, development, and strong business-analytic skills to translate requirements into scalable EPM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years with EPM products, 5+ years in technical/finance roles, and deep experience with Oracle Cloud EPM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, accounting, or finance.
Significant experience with Oracle Cloud EPM applications and EPBCS planning.
Strong knowledge of data integration, security, and metadata management.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM applications with emphasis on Planning / EPBCS.
Configure dimensions, metadata, security, business rules, and data mappings.
Support planning/funding cycles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy across source/target systems.
Document requirements, create functional/technical specs, and develop automation to reduce manual work.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable EPM solutions.
