Job summary

Mediant Health Resources is seeking an experienced integration engineer to design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Extracts and integrations with PeopleSoft, EBS, ADP, and Kronos. The role includes secure file transmissions and EDI/EFT outputs, plus data conversions and bulk loads using HDL tools.

You will build real-time analytics via BI Publisher and OBIEE dashboards and configure HCM workflows with BPM, MSS/ESS security, while supporting the full SDLC lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Extracts and integrations with major systems (PeopleSoft, EBS, ADP, Kronos).
• Perform data conversion, mapping, and bulk data loads using HDL and related tools (HSDL, FBL, PBL, Fast Formulas).
• Build BI Publisher reports and OBIEE dashboards to deliver real-time analytics (custom templates: eText, RTF, CSV, Excel).
• Configure Oracle HCM workflows, approval hierarchies (BPM), and security for MSS/ESS processes while ensuring system integrity.
• Support full SDLC lifecycle including design, testing (UAT/integration), troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation.
