ARCHER is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud developer to gather requirements, document technical needs, and customize extracts and reports. You will develop, test, review, and troubleshoot secure, scalable software while enhancing stability across teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, seeded reports, and Fast Formula, plus strong SDLC, automation, and agile capabilities. Financial services knowledge is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, seeded reports, and Fast Formula.
• Strong communication, SDLC, automation, continuous delivery, and agile skills are required.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM functional modules and financial services is preferred.
