Job summary

Golden State Water Company seeks a senior systems analyst to provide 24x7 support for the Oracle CC&B system, its components, and integrations with cloud applications. The role combines hands-on onsite support with project contributions and disaster recovery planning.

You will document requirements, perform configurations, diagnose production issues, and serve as a main contact with Oracle support, mentoring teammates and contributing to upgrades and best practices.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Seven or more years of systems analysis experience.
Proficient in troubleshooting application, middleware and database issues.
Experience in Business Applications, Production Control, and Change Management.
Outstanding written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Energetic and self-motivated team player with ability to work with project and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

Executes system analysis for small-to-medium projects independently and contributes to large initiatives.
Documents requirements, solution design, and diagrams business processes and workflows.
Performs application setups and configurations.
Performs rapid and accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of production issues.
Provides direct end-user support for issues related to applications and acts as primary Oracle support liaison.
