Job summary

Golden State Water Company in San Dimas, CA, seeks an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to provide 24x7 onsite support for the Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system and related components, including BI Publisher and Exstream. The role reports to the IT Supervisor and focuses on hands‑on problem solving and reliability.

Requirements include a BS in Computer Science, seven+ years of systems analysis experience, strong SQL/PLSQL skills, Oracle DB administration, Linux administration, and

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 7+ years of systems analysis experience required.
• Experience troubleshooting application, middleware and database issues.
• Experience with CC&B configurations, testing, and disaster recovery.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute system analysis for small-to-medium projects and contribute to large projects.
• Document requirements, solution designs, and business process diagrams.
• Perform application setups and configurations.
• Diagnose production issues quickly and accurately.
• Provide end-user support for CC&B and related applications.
• Coordinate with Oracle support services as the primary contact.
• Support customizations and upgrades; participate in testing.
