This on-site role at Fry Hall requires travel, occasional evenings and weekends, and a hybrid schedule with some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and execute an annual outcomes-oriented plan for prospective student recruitment initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with individuals, external agencies, organizations, and other schools, colleges, or universities to ensure diverse and qualified applicant pool.
• Participate directly in on- and off-campus recruitment activities; represent the college at local and national events.
• Collect contact information and other data from prospective students; track and record communications.
• Develop strategies to involve faculty, alumni, and current students in recruitment.
• Conduct scheduled and drop-in college and campus tours.
• Meet individually with prospective students in-person and virtually; communicate via e-mail and phone.
• Maintain an understanding of best practices in recruitment; analyze and improve initiatives.
• Collaborate with the student services team to plan the annual admissions visit day program.
