Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience and at least four years of professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and execute an annual outcomes-oriented plan for prospective student recruitment initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with individuals, external agencies, organizations, and other schools to recruit a diverse and qualified applicant pool.
• Represent the college in local and national recruitment activities including clubs, fairs, groups, and virtual events.
• Collect data from prospective students and track communications.
• Develop strategies to involve faculty, alumni, and current students in recruitment.
• Conduct campus tours and meet with prospective students in person or virtually.
• Analyze recruitment initiatives for ongoing improvement.
