The role involves delivering evidence-based vision care, educating patients and staff, and coordinating with other health professionals while ensuring compliant documentation.

The position supports Walmart’s mission to provide trusted expertise in a fast-paced Vision Center.

Competenze

• Doctoral OD degree required and licensed optometrist in good standing.
• Proven ability to provide evidence-based eye care and follow state board scope of practice.

Mansioni

• Provide evidence-based vision care, prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.
• Educate patients and store associates on eye health and contact lens care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, coordinate with other health professionals, and ensure proper documentation.
