Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
- Licensed optometrist in good standing in the state of practice.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems is preferred.
- Experience in treating and managing ocular disease.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based vision care and prescribe medications and treatments.
- Deliver routine vision care and educate patients and staff on eye health and safety.
- Consult with other health professionals to prepare patient care plans.
- Embrace new equipment and technology (e.g., Maestro, digital phoropters) in practice.
