Job summary

Molex seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional development programs for advanced optoelectronic products, including laser diodes and photonic packaging. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 8+ years of PM/engineering program leadership in high-tech environments.
• Technical background in optoelectronics/photonic technologies.
• Experience with laser diodes, pump lasers, fiber coupling/alignment, photonic packaging.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycles: prototyping to manufacturing release.
• Ability to drive data-driven engineering decisions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead optoelectronic development programs from concept to manufacturing release.
• Drive NPI program execution across R&D, reliability, operations, quality, and suppliers.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, risk, and critical path.
• Coordinate execution across global engineering teams and partners.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and supply chain risks.
• Lead design trades and ensure qualification and manufacturing readiness.
• Present status updates to executives and customers.
