• Conduct pre-screen interviews and assessments of potential program participants.
• Confer with program participants to explain program responsibilities.
• Modify or change methodology to redirect activities and attain objectives.
• Review reports and record activities to ensure progress toward objectives.
• Recruit potential program participants and maintain records pertaining to the program.
• Collaborate with agencies and conduct visits to enroll participants.
• Prepare program reports for grant funders and attend meetings.
