Responsibilities

• Analyze complex production schedules to determine capacity requirements and gaps between demand and supply.
• Monitor equipment utilization and evaluate performance to optimize production lines.
• Collaborate with production managers and supply chain teams to align master production schedules with capacity.
• Perform root-cause analysis on bottlenecks and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Develop capacity models accounting for maintenance, shift patterns, and demand changes.
• Prepare reports and dashboards detailing capacity, equipment performance, and resource efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional planning meetings to validate feasibility of new production initiatives.
• Partner with Module and Material Planners to integrate capacity models with CTB material availability.
