You will translate demand, hardware configurations, and manufacturing flows into actionable capacity strategies, shaping decisions that safeguard supply continuity and time‑to‑market for AI networking products.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering with hands‑on OSAT operations experience.
• 8+ years of capacity management in semiconductor industry.
• Understanding of silicon manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Modeling & Analytics: Build multi-variable models using yield dynamics and supply-chain fundamentals with Excel, SQL, Power BI.
• Product Data & Resource Architecture: Define resource types, shared vs dedicated use, and plan parameters affecting capacity.
• Capacity Forecasting & Constraint Prediction: Translate demand forecasts into tester capacity by platform and site; identify bottlenecks 6–18 months ahead.
• Supply Chain Performance Excellence: Own capacity plan accuracy and improve tester/manufacturing utilization and NPI ramp readiness.
