Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or supply chain analysis, including 4+ years in capacity planning or production scheduling.
• Experience developing equipment capacity models and what-if analyses to evaluate constraints, cycle times, and line balancing.
• Advanced Excel skills for quantitative modeling, dynamic arrays, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or MD) to extract and manage production data.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean methodology, and throughput metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production schedules to determine capacity requirements and identify gaps between demand and supply.
• Monitor equipment utilization and evaluate performance to recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to align master production schedules with capacity.
• Perform root-cause analysis on bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations to improve OEE.
• Develop and maintain capacity models considering maintenance, shifts, and demand fluctuations.
• Prepare reports and dashboards detailing capacity utilization and resource efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional planning meetings for new production initiatives.
• Integrate capacity models with CTB material availability with planners.
