Job summary

Visionworks in Leesburg, VA seeks a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our brand. You will guide customers through eyewear choices, ensure an excellent patient journey, and meet daily sales goals with product knowledge and friendly, human service.

The ideal candidate has 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, along with HS diploma and a licensed Optician per state guidelines. Part-time schedules include competitive pay and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification as alternate.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines as needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through training.
• Execute day-to-day store operations to support financial and customer experience goals.
