Job summary

Visionworks in the United States is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead who will be the face of our brand in-store, guiding customers through their eyewear journey with expertise and a friendly, human touch.

This part-time role requires 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a license when required, with responsibilities including meeting daily sales goals and product recommendations.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed).

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through training; ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
