Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead for a part-time position. You will be the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience with optical knowledge and a friendly, human approach.

Qualified candidates have 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, HS diploma or GED, and must meet state licensure requirements where applicable. Customer-focused sales and strong product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required ( Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through training
• Execute day-to-day store operations and assist LEAD in opening/closing
