Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services offers a Center Manager in Training program that accelerates leadership growth across the US. The Senior OMT pathway includes a six-month training with up to 95% travel, mentorship, and hands-on center operations exposure.

Upon successful completion, you relocate to a BioLife center and assume a Plasma Center Operations Manager role, guiding teams and enhancing donor experiences nationwide. BioLife emphasizes growth and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate after Trainee Program.
• Ability to travel up to 90-100% during the program.
• Must have a valid driver’s license throughout the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a six-month accelerated training program to become Plasma Center Manager.
• Relocate to BioLife locations after program and lead a plasma center.
• Provide operational leadership and mentorship to center teams.
• Drive continuous learning and development for staff.
• Support donor retention and exceptional customer service initiatives.
• Travel across the country to learn and network.
