Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Center Manager in Training (Senior OMT) for a relocation-required program across BioLife centers in the U.S. This leadership development track begins with six months of accelerated training, then 12 months to qualify as Plasma Center Manager.

You will travel up to 95–100%, develop staff, manage operations, and support donor experiences. Upon program completion, relocation to a BioLife location is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing medium to large teams.
• Willingness to relocate to chosen location at program end.
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: six-month expedited training; 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager role.
• Team Management: lead and develop a diverse staff, conduct performance reviews, recruit and retain employees.
• Career Advancement: progress to Plasma Center Operations Manager and potentially open new centers.
• Supportive Teamwork: operate in a fast-paced environment, provide operational support, train and mentor staff.
• Exceptional Customer Service: maintain donor satisfaction and assist with production as needed.
• Travel Opportunities: network nationwide and return home on weekends when possible.
