Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services offers a Senior Operations Management Trainee program designed to develop leaders who will manage high-volume plasma centers. The program includes six months of accelerated training, followed by a 12-month pathway to Plasma Center Manager, with mentorship and hands-on learning.

You will relocate after completing the trainee program and travel up to 90–100% during training, gaining broad exposure to operations across BioLife’s centers nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
• Willingness to relocate after completion of Trainee Program
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Valid driver’s license for the duration of the program

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program across BioLife plasma centers
• Lead and develop teams, conduct performance reviews, and recruit staff
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager role through hands-on training
• Provide operational support and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver exceptional donor and patient service while maintaining compliance
• Travel to BioLife locations across the country and network with leaders
