Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in manufacturing/ops/program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional IPT/CAM activities and delivering on cost/schedule/technical requirements.
• Knowledge of MES (e.g., SAP, Solumina) and MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPTs across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality.
• Own operations strategy from proposal through delivery, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate material planning, production scheduling, and factory readiness to meet delivery commitments.
• Present program status to leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
