Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks an Operations Project Manager (OPM Manager M2) for the Advanced Packaging Technology µ-Line in Apopka, FL. The role oversees manufacturing execution, program cost control, and cross-functional team leadership to meet schedule and quality goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, program management skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems, EVMS, and secure clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading people and/or projects.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership and supervision experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in Manufacturing Operations: manufacturing, engineering, test, production, or related.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Earned Value Management (EVMS).
• U.S. Government DOD Secret Clearance eligibility or clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production execution for all programs.
• Manage manufacturing cost and schedule performance.
• Serve as Manufacturing lead for all proposals.
• Lead teams to resolve issues impacting program manufacturing execution.
• Coordinate with program management, engineering, and suppliers to ensure status reporting.
