Northrop Grumman in Irving, TX is hiring a Security Coordinator 3 to join our Enterprise Security Shared Services team. This on-site role supports U.S. Government clearance processing and maintains applicant records across multiple systems such as JPAS/DISS and e-QIP.

You will handle initial requests, investigations, and customer inquiries with a focus on accuracy and service. Applicants must hold a Secret clearance or higher, be able to work 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST, and thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Irving, TX.
• Current U.S. Government Secret level security clearance (or higher).
• Ability to work 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday.
• Proven problem solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process initial requests, transfers, upgrades/downgrades, and re-investigations.
• Use JPAS/DISS, SCUS, ESIS, and e-QIP to support clearance transactions.
• Review documents for completeness and track investigation status.
• Provide customer service via call center tools and maintain applicant data.
• Fingerprint applicants and support team initiatives.
