BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, invites you to join a Senior Operations Management Trainee program designed to fast-track leadership in plasma center operations across the country.

The program spans approximately six months of training with a 12-month path to a Plasma Center Manager role. You will travel extensively, build leadership capabilities, and contribute to a mission that improves patient lives while preparing for rapid career progression within BioLife.

Formación

• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-volume plasma center team.
• Travel up to 95% to learn the business and network with leaders.
• Progress through the program to Plasma Center Operations Manager and relocate.
• Provide operational support and hands-on leadership training.
• Support donor retention and exceptional donor service.
