Job summary

Oscar is hiring a Senior Manager, CCHO Office Planning & Operations to serve as an important operating partner within the Office of the Chief Health Officer, helping translate organizational priorities into planning and coordination.

You will build and manage the operating mechanisms that allow the Clinical organization and its leadership team to work, including leadership cadences, priority and performance management, budget planning, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, organizational planning, program management, or a related function.
• Experience leading complex, cross-departmental work and partnering with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication skills, and the ability to summarize complex information for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the operating schedule for the Clinical leadership team, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, priority reviews, and other forums that allow decision-making and accountability.
• Develop CHO Office mechanisms for tracking organizational priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions; anticipate critical leadership touchpoints.
• Develop executive-level reporting that provides visibility into organizational performance, priorities, and new risks.
