The Senior Manager, CCHO Office Planning & Operations serves as an important operating partner within the Office of the Chief Health Officer, helping translate organizational priorities into planning and coordination. You will build and manage the operating mechanisms that allow the Clinical organization and its leadership team to work, including leadership cadences, priority and performance management, budget planning, and executive reporting.
The Senior Manager partners with the Chief Health Officer and Clinical leadership team to create visibility across priorities, identify dependencies and risks, facilitate decision-making, and lead accountability. You will collaborate cross-functionally and leverage data to help ensure we remain focused on our highest-priority work.
You will report into the Chief Health Officer.
This position is based in our New York office requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.
The base pay for this role is $149,040 - $ 195,615 per year.
