Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Patient Services Analytics & Insights, Rare Disease, in a hybrid on-site role in Cambridge, MA.

You will lead analytics for the Rare Disease Patient Services program, driving insights to improve access, initiation, adherence, and patient experience. You will partner with leadership across Patient Services, Value & Access, Brand, and Data teams, defining performance metrics and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, management, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of patient services analytics experience in biopharma.
• Experience with CRM data and data governance basics.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into an analytics strategy and roadmap for Rare Disease Patient Services.
• Integrate hub CRM data with external data sources to map patient journeys.
• Own KPI frameworks, definitions, and performance measurement methods.
• Define reporting strategy with dashboards, scorecards, and leadership reports.
• Conduct root-cause, trend, cohort, and patient funnel analyses to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve data quality and analytics capabilities.
• Lead complex analytics initiatives from problem definition to delivery.
