Qualifications

• 5–7 years in pharma/biotech analytics or related roles.
• Proficient with SQL, Excel, cloud analytics, and Python/R.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of KPIs and dashboards for U.S. Rare Disease brands.
• Manage complex analytics projects using claims, Rx, CRM, and sales data.
• Translate analytics into actionable executive-ready insights.
• Partner with data management and external vendors for high-quality reporting.
• Drive process improvements to automate and streamline analytics.
• Support business reviews, forecasting, brand planning, and launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align deliverables.
