Job summary

Hims & Hers is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Operations Finance across large 350K+ sq ft facilities, driving ROI on labor, automation, and cost structure. You will work directly with site leadership to model capabilities and guide investment decisions in a fast-moving environment.

The role reports to the Sr. Finance Manager, Ops Finance and is based at one of our facilities in New Albany, OH, or Mesa, AZ.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in finance or a related analytics field.
• 4+ years of manipulating large data sets in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or Looker is a plus.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with limited data.

Responsibilities

• Influence through data to optimize fixed costs and unit economics across sites.
• Own purchase orders and headcount approvals, strengthening financial controls.
