Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Operations on a fast-growing compounding manufacturing and pharmacy fulfillment operation. You will work directly with site leadership to manage labor, automation investments, and cost structures across a 350K+ sq ft facility, translating complex data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving real-time business problems with operators, and reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance or a related analytic field.
• 4+ years of experience manipulating large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prior SQL, Python, or Looker experience is a plus.
• Able to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with imperfect information.
• Strong ownership, bias for action, grit, and desire to win.
• Keen eye for efficiency and detail.
• Track record of delivering results through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with high intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Influence Through Data: mine data to identify opportunities and influence stakeholders to improve fixed cost structure and unit economics.
• Provide Strong Controllership: own PO and headcount approvals and strengthen financial controls as operations scale.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: build financial plans aligned with company targets and create actionable metrics.
• Financial Modeling: build dynamic models to evaluate end-to-end financial impacts of CapEx and changes.
• Process Improvement: lead cross-functional initiatives improving financial and operational processes.
