Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the growth of our operations. This role partners with site leadership to manage labor, automation investments, and cost structures across large facilities, delivering actionable insights in a fast-moving environment.

The position requires strong financial modeling and data skills, plus collaboration with operators to solve real-time business problems. Locations include New Albany, OH or Mesa, AZ.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance or a related analytic field.
• 4+ years of experience manipulating large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prior SQL, Python, or Looker experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments where problems are not clearly defined.
• Strong sense of ownership, bias for action, grit, and desire to win.
• Keen eye for efficiency and detail.
• Track record of delivering results through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a high level of intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Mine data to identify opportunities and influence stakeholders to improve fixed cost structure and unit economics.
• Own purchase order and headcount approvals for the site and strengthen financial controls as operations scale.
• Build financial plans and reporting metrics aligned with company targets and site operations.
• Develop dynamic CapEx models and translate analysis into actionable decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial and operational processes as the operation scales.
