Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, operations finance, cost accounting, or a related analytical role preferred.
Experience in manufacturing required; experience partnering with Operations or Supply Chain leadership required.

Responsibilities

Serve as a financial partner to Operations leadership with timely analysis and insight.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Inventory, Warehouse, and Engineering to improve performance.
Translate operational activity into financial impact and communicate findings to leaders.
