Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Care Operations team. You will develop a deep understanding of day-to-day performance, use data to identify opportunities, improve processes, and drive better outcomes for patients and providers.

This highly collaborative role partners with Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Customer Support and Clinical Operations to translate insights into product and process improvements, measure launches and experiments, and present findings to senior

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in operations and/or analytics.
• Proven track record in analytical roles within high-growth environments.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses across Care Operations to identify trends and root causes.
• Monitor KPIs and advocate improvements to patient and care team experience.
• Own analytical workstreams, prioritize issues, and drive improvements.
• Partner with Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Support, and Clinical Ops to translate insights into product and process improvements.
• Measure impact of launches and experiments; iterate toward a steady state.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders with clear tradeoffs.
