Job summary

Schreiber Foods in Green Bay, WI seeks a seasoned Continuous Improvement leader to drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing and business processes. You will mentor teams, lead data-driven improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance while deploying programs regionally across the Americas.

The role demands 12+ years in engineering or operations, Black Belt, and strong leadership. Expect 30–50% travel, on-site work, and opportunities to earn substantial incentive pay and relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 12+ years experience in engineering, operations or continuous improvement.
• Black Belt certification; strong bias towards Six Sigma and data-driven improvement.
• Master Black Belt trained and/or certified (desired but optional).
• Project Management training/experience.
• Owns and champions manufacturing 101 within area of focus (product manufacturing, business process, organizational competency).
• Willingness to travel 30%–50%.
• Self-driven, leadership, and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop SFI Culture - Train, coach, evaluate and reinforce Continuous Improvement principles with partners and Team Members.
• Lead cost and quality improvement initiatives via Six Sigma methods and any other effective tools and methods that can drive results and impact.
• Identify and communicate customer requirements with Company and Plant Leadership; update process controls to reflect best practices.
• Be knowledgeable of governmental regulations (OSHA, USDA, FDA, EPA, EEOC, OFCCP).
• Drive process improvements using problem-solving methods and train/mentor team members in continuous improvement (green belt, etc.).
• Program deployment management at company/category/regional level in multiple locations across the Americas; participate in daily operations.
• Identify potential capital and non-capital improvements and assist with analysis/justification.
