Job summary

Siemens Advanta North America OA&D is seeking a Senior Consultant to help clients transform operations, procurement, and manufacturing through digitalization. Based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Houston, or NYC, you will join interdisciplinary teams and work across strategy through implementation.

You’ll lead problem framing, design future-state processes, and engage executives while delivering measurable improvements in cost, inventory, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years consulting, manufacturing or supply chain transformation experience.
• 5+ years manufacturing/supply-chain operating experience with external clients.
• 5+ years interacting with C-suite stakeholders and translating business priorities into actions.
• 5+ years with ERP/PLM/MOM/MES platforms and digital transformation.
• Experience in S&OP, demand planning, procurement, inventory, and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth and digitalization opportunities across plants and functions.
• Analyze planning, procurement, production, inventory, and engineering processes for improvements.
• Frame complex problems into clear workplans with hypotheses and decision points.
• Engage C-suite leaders and communicate recommendations with credibility.
• Redesign end-to-end processes across demand planning, S&OP, procurement, and production.
• Support manufacturing transformations in diverse environments.
• Develop roadmaps, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Build business cases quantifying cost, inventory, service, and productivity improvements.
