We may consider other geographical areas in Eastern or Central time zones.

You’ll make an impact by:

You will support clients from strategic problem framing through implementation. This includes identifying growth and innovation opportunities, assessing supply chain, manufacturing, and operations processes, translating business needs into technology transformation requirements, and helping deliver solutions that improve operational performance.

  • Conduct manufacturing and supply‑chain assessments across plants, functions, and business units
  • Analyze planning, procurement, production, inventory, and engineering processes to identify performance and digitalization opportunities
  • Structure ambiguous growth, innovation, operations, and automation problems into clear workplans, hypotheses, and decision points
  • Build strong executive presence with the ability to engage C‑suite leaders, facilitate strategic discussions, and communicate recommendations with clarity and credibility
  • Redesign end‑to‑end processes across demand planning, S&OP, procurement, MRP, production planning, materials management, and order fulfillment
  • Support transformations in make‑to‑stock and complex manufacturing environments
  • Conduct market, customer, competitor, financial, operational, process, manufacturing, and technology analyses to identify insights, value opportunities, and implementation constraints
  • Evaluate and help implement enterprise platforms, including:
    • ERP/MRP: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, or comparable solutions
    • PLM: Siemens Teamcenter or comparable platforms
    • MOM/MES: Manufacturing operations management and execution solutions
    • Planning, analytics, and supply‑chain visibility tools
  • Develop future‑state processes, operating models, solution architectures, technology roadmaps, and implementation plans
  • Facilitate interviews, process walkthroughs, shop‑floor observations, workshops, and working sessions to align stakeholders, validate pain points, pressure‑test options, and support adoption
  • Build business cases and quantify impact across cost, inventory, service, throughput, and productivity
  • Contribute to client development, Advanta offerings, thought leadership, recruiting, and junior colleague development
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
