You join small interdisciplinary teams with client exposure, shaping growth, procurement, and manufacturing improvements using Siemens tech and AI tools.

Based in or relocating to Atlanta, GA, Houston, TX, or NYC, you will structure problems, run analyses, and deliver roadmaps and options with execution plans.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in management consulting, industrial operations, or related fields.
• Experience with industrial operations, procurement, manufacturing systems, or IT/OT environments.
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools to improve research and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Structure growth, innovation, and ops problems into clear workplans and decision points.
• Conduct market, financial, and operations analyses to identify value opportunities.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and implementation priorities.
• Assess workflows and how Siemens tech can improve performance.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and alignment with stakeholders.
• Deliver executive-ready, decision-oriented deliverables.
