Abbott is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations Analytics to act as a cross-functional internal consultant across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Logistics. You will build analyses, models and dashboards to optimize processes and forecast performance, and you’ll communicate findings to leadership with clear visuals and writing.

The role requires strong analytic skills, 5+ years of analytics experience, and proficiency in visualization tools and programming languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant business experience
• 3+ years of direct business analytics experience
• Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau preferred) and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
• Experience with programming in R, SAS, Python, SQL, or similar
• Experience with SAP
• US work authorization without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain analyses, models, or dashboards to support process optimization, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement; support fact-based decision-making
• Evaluate the economic/operational impact of new products/strategies and communicate findings to leadership
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
• Support multiple business units and cross-functional stakeholders, including finance, HR, IT, and R&D
• Travel up to 10% of the time
