Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree or professional experience.
• Seven or more years of IT or related professional experience.
• Experience with data analysis, including Excel pivot tables, charting, formulas.
• Experience with applications such as ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and/or Salesforce.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Solid understanding of forecasting and procurement processes (requisition submission, invoicing, and impact to budget).
• Able to create dashboards or reports using data analytics methods.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau or other data visualization/analysis tools; ERP knowledge may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of the company’s operational processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Develop real-time dashboards for requisitions, budgeting, and service management.
• Identify deviations from control points and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with 3rd party providers to ensure seamless integration and SLAs.
• Analyze datasets to uncover insights informing decisions and improvements.
• Produce concise reports and visualizations to communicate findings to management.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Monitor status of actions and ensure alignment with timelines.
• Advise on policy changes to improve efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Craft polished communications to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Perform financial analysis and forecasting models for operational improvements.
