Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking an Operations Analyst III - Contract Operations Analyst to support Technology Operations leadership. The role focuses on advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data mining to guide strategic decisions and improve performance.

You will develop real-time dashboards, analyze datasets from multiple applications, and collaborate with 3rd party providers to ensure SLAs and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree at least.
• Seven or more years of IT or related professional experience.
• Experience with data analysis using Excel pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and/or Salesforce.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of forecasting and procurement processes (requisitions, invoicing, budget).
• Ability to create dashboards or reports using data analytics methods.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar tools.
• Knowledge of ERP or database management systems may be required.
