Job summary

QTS in the United States is seeking an Operations Analyst III - Lead to support Technology Operations leadership. You will analyze data to drive continuous improvement across Customer Service Management and Infrastructure Operations, and lead complex projects using predictive modeling and data mining.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree or professional experience.
• 7+ years of IT or related professional experience.
• Experience with data analysis (Excel pivot tables, charts).
• Experience with ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and/or Salesforce.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SQL/Tableau knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of operational processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Develop dashboards and real-time monitoring for requisitions, budgeting, and service management.
• Proactively identify deviations from control points and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with 3rd party providers to ensure seamless service delivery and SLA adherence.
• Analyze datasets from multiple applications to uncover insights for decision-making.
• Produce concise reports and compelling visualizations for management.
• Suggest innovative strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria clearly.
• Monitor progress and align actions with timelines and goals.
• Recommend policy changes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
