Job summary

QTS Realty Trust in Duluth, GA is seeking an Operations Analyst III - Lead to partner with Technology Operations leadership to shape strategy, analyze data, and drive improvements across Customer Service Management and Infrastructure Operations.

You will build dashboards, perform advanced analytics, work with tools like ServiceNow, ScienceLogic and Salesforce, and influence decisions with clear insights and stakeholder engagement. MBA or equivalent and 7+ years IT experience preferred.

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent advanced degree or professional experience.
Seven or more years of IT or related professional experience.
Experience with data analysis, including Excel pivot tables, charting, formulas.
Experience with ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, or Salesforce.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong forecasting and procurement understanding (requisition, invoicing, budget).
Ability to create dashboards or reports using data analytics methods.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive reviews of operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
Develop real-time dashboards for requisitions, budgeting, and service management.
Identify deviations from control points and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with 3rd party providers to ensure SLAs and integration.
Analyze datasets to uncover insights for strategic decisions.
Produce reports and data visualizations for management.
