Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, relevant experience or certification.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked and equipment is functional.
• Coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times.
• Order, date and replace medications; report non-working equipment.
• Maintain evaluation and management forms for physicians.
• Log patient arrival times on daily schedule.
• Expedite exams for pre-op and post-op patients with special needs.
• Inform patients about clinical studies and procedures.
• Act as liaison between physicians, patients, registration and offices.
