Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• COA/COT certification(s) required or eligible.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction to ophthalmic technicians, patient coordinators, and staff.
• Adjust daily schedules based on patient flow and staffing.
• Mentor and train staff; observe patient flow and clinical skill development.
• Ensure operation of clinical areas meets patient and physician needs and standards.
